Our Programmes
Three ways to engage,
one careful philosophy
Each Lepak Stream programme is designed for a different stage of your organisation's AI readiness journey — from initial curiosity to full implementation.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we approach every engagement
Across all three programmes, the same principles apply — because the foundation matters more than the format.
Discovery Before Design
We spend meaningful time understanding your organisation before we propose anything. What your people already know, what they're concerned about, and what the actual work involves all shape what we design.
Contextual, Not Generic
Every example, scenario, and exercise we use is drawn from your industry and organisation type. Generic AI training often fails because it doesn't connect to what people actually do every day.
Structured for Adjustment
Every phase includes a reflection point. If the feedback suggests a different approach, we adjust. This is built into our process — it isn't an exception to it.
Defined Completion Criteria
Before any programme begins, we agree on what a successful outcome looks like in concrete terms. This protects both parties and gives the engagement a clear purpose.
Programme One
Gentle AI Introduction
for Leaders
S$335 per group · 2 weeks · 3 sessions
A low-pressure, high-value engagement designed for leadership teams who want to understand AI at their own pace before making any commitments. Over three sessions spread across two weeks, our team guides participants through a calm, conversational exploration of what AI means for their industry.
There are no assessments, no scorecards, and no urgency. The sessions are designed to build genuine understanding and informed confidence. Ideal for leaders who are thoughtful by nature and appreciate being given space to think.
No assessments — this is an orientation, not a course
Industry-specific AI landscape relevant to your sector
What questions are worth asking before proceeding further
Practical framing for board-level and management discussions
4–12 participants, in person or hybrid
Programme Flow

Session Two: Your Context
Mapping AI's potential against your specific operations, decision-making processes, and workforce structure.
Session Three: Next Steps
A structured discussion of the questions your leadership team should ask before committing to any AI investment or initiative.
Learning Path Overview
AI Concepts & Foundations

Tool Navigation & Data Literacy
Practical interaction with AI tools, understanding inputs, outputs, and how to evaluate quality of results.
Applied Exercises
Scenario-based activities using examples drawn from the participant's own industry and role context.
Programme Two
Self-Paced AI
Learning Environment
S$490 per participant · 8–12 weeks · Fully flexible
A curated digital learning environment that allows employees to build AI skills at their own pace over an eight-to-twelve-week window. The environment includes structured learning paths covering AI concepts, tool navigation, data literacy, and practical application exercises.
Unlike instructor-led programmes, this offering gives participants full control over their schedule and progression speed. Optional drop-in coaching sessions are available weekly. Progress tracking is visible only to the individual participant — no leaderboards, no competitive elements.

Programme Three
Thoughtful AI
Implementation Partnership
S$920 · 16–20 weeks · Full organisation engagement
A long-horizon partnership for organisations that want to approach AI implementation with care, patience, and thoroughness. The engagement runs sixteen to twenty weeks and follows a deliberately measured pace — each phase is given time for reflection and adjustment before moving to the next.
Typical focus areas include knowledge management automation, thoughtful automation of routine tasks, and decision-support tool development. Regular retrospectives ensure the approach can be adjusted as understanding deepens. Designed for organisations that view AI adoption as a considered journey.
Full discovery, design, prototyping, and deployment cycle
Extended user testing with genuine feedback integration
Generous stabilisation period post-deployment
Formal confidentiality agreement included
Regular retrospectives built into every phase
