Since 2016, Lepak Stream has worked exclusively with Singapore-based organisations. This means the examples we use, the processes we design around, and the challenges we anticipate are all drawn from actual local experience — not adapted from overseas case studies.

Our consultants hold experience across Singapore's financial services, professional advisory, logistics, healthcare administration, and education sectors. We know the difference between a mid-sized family business navigating AI for the first time and a large enterprise integrating it into an already-complex operations stack.

We hold no commercial partnerships with AI platform vendors. This means the tools and approaches we recommend are selected because they fit your organisation's context — not because we receive a referral fee for pointing you toward them.

We review our technology perspectives quarterly and maintain connections with Singapore's research and practice community to ensure our assessments reflect the current state of AI capability, not the state of the market two years ago.

Every engagement at Lepak Stream has a named consultant as primary contact. You will not be passed between account managers or receive templated email responses to specific questions. The person who understands your organisation's situation is the person you can reach.

We respond to substantive queries within one business day and are available for brief check-in calls throughout active engagements. We also make time for questions that fall outside the formal scope — because those are often the most important ones.

Our programme fees are published without qualification. S$335 for the leadership introduction, S$490 for the learning environment, S$920 for the implementation partnership. There are no additional fees for reasonable scope questions, brief advisory calls, or minor adjustments during an engagement.

We will always tell you if we believe a less expensive option would serve you better. We would rather retain a long-term relationship built on appropriateness than extract short-term value from mismatched programme selection.

Before any programme begins, we establish together what a successful outcome looks like in concrete, observable terms. This could be the capacity of a leadership team to make informed AI investment decisions, or the ability of employees to use specific tools confidently in their daily work, or the live deployment of an AI-assisted process that the team trusts.

At programme close, we revisit these criteria together. Where we fell short, we say so clearly. Where outcomes exceeded expectations, we explore why — to ensure the learning is captured.
